What is covered
Leather goods made in our own workshop — wallets, belts, bags and accessories — carry a 6-month warranty from the delivery date against defects in workmanship:
- stitching that comes loose under normal use
- edges or seams that split
- buckles, zips, snaps or other hardware that break under normal use
If a covered fault appears, we repair the product free of charge. If it can't be repaired, we replace it with the same or a similar product.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and ageing — leather softens, creases and darkens over time; this is part of its character
- Damage from water, fire, chemicals, accidents, pets or misuse
- Products repaired or altered by someone else
- Products from other brands we sell; these follow the maker's own warranty, if any, which is shown on the product page
How to claim
- Call or WhatsApp 01400360003 with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
- If the claim is covered, we arrange for the product to come to us.
- We repair or replace it and send it back.
Warranty repairs and replacements are free. You may need to pay the delivery charge to send the product to us.
Care tips
Keep leather away from water and direct heat. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth, and use a leather conditioner every few months to keep it supple.
