We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through trusted courier partners such as Pathao and Steadfast.
Delivery charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳60
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120
- Free delivery on orders over ৳2,500

Delivery time
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–4 days
Time is counted from when your order is confirmed. In line with Bangladesh's Digital Commerce Guidelines, we aim to deliver within 5 days inside the same city and within 10 days elsewhere. Deliveries can be slower during Eid and other public holidays, strikes, floods or other events outside our control. If there is a delay, we will let you know.
How cash on delivery works
- Place your order and confirm your phone number with the one-time code.
- We call or message you if anything needs checking.
- The courier delivers to your address and calls you before arriving.
- Open and check the product in front of the delivery person.
- Pay the product price plus delivery charge in cash.
If you are not available
The courier will try to reach you by phone. If you can't receive the parcel, please tell the rider a convenient time. Parcels that can't be delivered after repeated attempts are returned to us.
Refusing a parcel
If the product is damaged, wrong or not as described, you may refuse it at the door and pay nothing for the product. Refusing a correct, undamaged parcel without a valid reason costs us two-way delivery, so repeated refusals may stop a phone number from ordering with cash on delivery.
