Products and prices
- We try to show every product's colour, size and details accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The delivery charge is shown separately at checkout.
- Prices and offers can change without notice. The price you see when you place the order is the price you pay.
- If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of a mistake, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel.
Placing an order
- To place an order, you must give your real name, phone number and full delivery address, and confirm your number with the one-time code we send.
- Your order is confirmed when you see the order number on screen or receive our SMS.
- We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the address can't be reached, or the order looks fraudulent. If you have paid in advance, we refund you in full.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery. Where we offer online payment, you can pay by the methods shown at checkout.

Fake orders
Placing orders with no intention to receive them costs us and our couriers time and money. We may block phone numbers that repeatedly refuse correct parcels or place fake orders.
Reviews
When you post a review, you allow us to show it on our website. Reviews must be honest and must not contain abusive language or personal information. We may remove reviews that break these rules.
Our content
All photos, text, logos and designs on this website belong to Larkville and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier and network failures.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, including the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021 and the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is updated.
